Q: What is the return policy?
A: Only defective mukluks will be eligible for exchange or credit and must be reported to sales@sweetpedtooties.com upon receipt of the mukluks. The mukluks must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns must be shipped prepaid to sweetpedtooties.com.
Please keep in mind that Sweet Pedtooties™ modern mukluks are hand-crafted and made with natural materials and therefore any variations in the suede, leather, fur and crystal appliqués are normal.
Q: What if my mukluks arrived damaged due to shipping?
A: We are not liable for any damage that occurs to products during transportation. The FedEx shipping charges include insurance that covers damage or loss during transportation. If damage occurs during transport, a claim must be made with the FedEx.
Q: What are the shipping charges for orders shipped within Canada, United States and International?
A: Intra Canada, US and International orders are automatically shipped via FedEx. Shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout.
Q: What currency are my charges calculated in?
A: Prices on this Web Site are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal payments.
Q: Are there any additional charges?
A: Canadian orders will be charged GST. Orders shipped within Manitoba will be charged PST. The customer is responsible to cover any and all duty and customs charges that may apply to the order.
Q: What sizes are available?
A: Sweet Pedtooties™ mukluks are in typical US sizing. Tots sizes run from 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. Kids sizes run from 12, 13, 1, 2, 3, 4. Women’s sizes run from 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. All women’s collections are available in half sizes. If you vary between sizes, we recommend that you order the smaller size as the mukluks tend to stretch. Please keep in mind that, initially, they will feel very snug.
Q: How do I care for my Sweet Pedtooties™ modern mukluks?
A: Spray your new mukluk boots with a leather/ suede protector prior to wearing. This will protect your mukluks against water damage and other stains. Be sure not to spray the fur since the natural oils in the fur will protect it. Store your mukluks in an area with good air circulation so they can breathe (avoid plastic bags). If your Sweet Pedtooties™ modern mukluks get wet, soak up excess moisture with a clean towel and allow the suede to dry naturally; do not use a heat source to speed up the process. After the item dries, restore the nap (the raised fibers typical of suede) with a suede brush. A suede brush will also work to remove dirt on mukluks.

A: Your privacy is important to us. We at Sweet Pedtooties™ understand our obligation to keep certain personal information that you provide to us on this website confidential. We are committed to your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties, other than what is necessary to provide to shipping and secure payment service providers in order to complete your order. We will never sell your information. Our goal is to protect your personal information - we take this responsibility seriously. The reason for gathering your information is for shipping and payment purposes and so that we can contact you regarding your order. We may also store your information and use it at a later time to contact you regarding products we believe may be of interest to you.
